In June 2026 Shopify told merchants it no longer supports the sale of vaping products, and the ban reaches past the US. We move Canadian vape stores to WooCommerce, where the store is yours and someone else's policy change can't switch it off.

Shopify told merchants it no longer supports the sale of electronic nicotine delivery systems: devices, e-liquid, parts and refills.
Vape products had to come off Shopify stores by July 8, 2026, or the store faced removal.
The policy was reported as global, so Canadian retailers selling legally were caught by a ban that started with US enforcement.

the fine print ~
We're developers, not lawyers. Selling vape products in Canada comes with federal and provincial rules of its own, and those stay yours to follow on any platform. What changes is that the store itself can't be switched off by someone else's policy.
